Converting a FT-950 into a touch screen SDR

I managed to pick up an FT-950 for an absolute bargain. It had only been used 3 times and put away for 11 years, still in plastic.

I thought I would use this to play around with and convert to a full CAT control Touch Screen SDR.

I think pictures can be posted on here, as I go I will post modification pics.

The Iface2 IF Panadaptor. As you can see from the RG316 its very small.
