Help wanted

I need a little help for some radio repairs. Dexterity etc will leave me out, plus tech knowledge. Ok A Kenwood TR 7400 FM transceiver drops out lock PLL is unstable
Years ago Mitch vk5zm diagnosed it. adding small caps etc, but now failing more often. IC maybe crook now. Drops out after a short time after turn on.  I have completed service manual.

Next, my Yaseu 2100z linear amp also needs attention, new tubes fitted but no joy still with any output. Tech knowledge and experience rules me out again.
