Yes they are working now Peter. And they work very well!

But no they were not working when you visited.

It wasn't that the repeatermeisters turned them off for your visit....Apparently was a power supply issue related to the storms and power outage.

Whilst holidaying at Port Broughton this past week, I was hoping to access the VK5RLH repeaters on Bumbunga Hill near Lochiel, but without success. I tried both 2m & 70cm, using both FM & C4FM.
Can someone confirm whether they are currently operational, if so, what are their frequencies & tones, and its coverage area.
