Are there any active DATVers in Adelaide? I'm looking to see what the interest is on 445.5MHz or 1287MHz, if any?

Something I will be venturing into in the not too distant future.

As soon as I'm done learning about coaxial collinear antennas.

Hi,

I can help out on DVB/S, DVB/s2 and DVB/t on 1278 mhz.
I also have 445 mhZ but would be at very low power.

Hi Wayne,
Been a while ...
I have built a transmitter for 445.5MHz DVB-T, around 60 - 70 watts-ish.
Have a 18 element parabeam mounted horizontally up 6m+ that I can rotate your way if you want to test receiving my signal?
(DVBT, 7MHz,16QAM - same as VK5RDC input)
Haven't got anything setup yet for 23cm yet.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Broadcasting regularly most nights, starting around 7pm local time and re-broadcasting VK5RDC on 445.5MHz DVB-T. Shows goes for about an hour with callbacks on video and local repeaters.

If you want to try viewing the show here in Adelaide, you will need to have your antenna pointing in my direction (PF95gc) in Kidman Park with horizontal polarisation. You may need to manually tune in a signal when I am known to be transmitting - can be determined by checking if VK5RDC is transmitting on the BATC website: VK5RDC DATV Stream
