21.6 wide-band IF fuilters needed

Greetings all out in amateur radio-land.
I have a pair of Unilab KL150s that could be reused for future VHF repeaters/replacements but both have narrow-band IF filters and quite unsuitable for our usual FM 5kHz deviation.
Does anyone have the required filters (21.6 -15) on hand ready to be reused? They could be from a junked KL150/450, or an old Kyodo mobile radio, altho those were not so popular in Oz.
Any help appreciated to repurpose these old but still very useful radios.
