!! How to change LOGIN details - old call sign, but that has changed!

Hi Mr Admin, wherever you are.
I note there is NO forum manager contact details (that i can see anywhere). 
I have recently changed my call sign. I have changed the NAME in the profile but that does not change the login
username which is stuck at the OLD callsign. 
How can I achieve this please?

Hi Max,

I have changed your details for you. You will have to change your password too. Unfortunately the software does automatically. Should this not work send me an email and I will delete your old account and make a new one for you.
